Email is the fastest way to reach a person. If something went wrong in a game, say which inning and what you expected — the play log keeps a full record, so a specific description is usually enough to find it.

Common questions

Do I need an account?
No. A fresh install scores its first game straight away, on an account tied to the device. Add an email afterwards if you want to keep your games, and nothing is lost either way.
What happens when there is no signal at the diamond?
You keep scoring. Every play is recorded on the phone and syncs when signal comes back, exactly once — the app is built around the assumption that the field has no bars.
Do I have to enter the other team’s lineup?
No. Their at-bats still count — runs, outs and bases — they just won't have names. If someone stands out, tap the batter during the game and name them then.
Who can see a watch link?
Anyone you send it to, with no account and no app. It is read-only and shows the game, not the people: a watcher never sees who is scoring, and the link stops working when the game is removed.
Can someone help me score?
Yes. Sharing a game gives you a link anyone can watch on, and a six-character code for whoever is scoring with you.

Deleting your account

Settings has an account deletion option. It removes the account and the games belonging to it, and it works for a device-bound guest account as well — which is the only way to remove one, since a guest account has no password to log out of.
